A quarter of a century is a long time in the tech world. In those 25 years we’ve navigated global crises, adapted to multiple technology cycles, and grown from a small group of passionate developers in Ukraine into a distributed engineering organization.

Looking back, we gradually realized: the way we describe ourselves no longer matches who we are.

For years, the industry has used terms like “outsourcing” and “outstaffing.” To us, those words feel cold. They sound transactional, mundane even. They sound routine as if buying office supplies. They don’t reflect the passion, the engineering depth, or the warm, collaborative atmosphere we build inside the teams we join.

The market has changed, and so have expectations.
